Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day. During peak seasons and sales, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays or other events outside our control may occur.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order has shipped.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, contact us at info@blakenorth.store. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
